Pargo
One of the most common fish on the tables of Flecheiras, the "Pargo" is appreciated for its delicate flavor and tender meat. Often served grilled or fried, snapper is accompanied by farofa, baião de dois and vinaigrette, in a typical combination from Ceará.

Robalo

Cioba

Uma variação local da famosa moqueca, o prato combina o camarão fresco com leite de coco, azeite de dendê, pimentões, cebola e tomate, criando um caldo saboroso e perfumado. A moqueca é sempre servida com arroz branco e pirão, que complementam a refeição.

Um dos pratos mais populares nas barracas de praia, o camarão grelhado é temperado com alho, limão e ervas, e servido com acompanhamentos típicos, como arroz, farofa e salada. A simplicidade do preparo faz com que o sabor do camarão seja o verdadeiro destaque.
